How to Submit

The deadline for representations is 18 June 2026. Once you have edited the letter with your details:

  1. Online: Use the Gambling Licence Representation Form linked from the Spelthorne licensing applications page
  2. By email: Send to [email protected] with the application reference in the subject line
  3. By post: Address to the Licensing Team at the address shown at the top of the letter

Remember to include the application reference number — it is listed on the Spelthorne licensing applications page.
